10-WEEK APPRENTICESHIP PROGRAM
A unique opportunity to apprentice with one the finest guitar maker of these times. This
hands-on experiential program is limited to five people to guarantee high
quality individual guidance in the art of instrument building.
Our unique multi-layered program is an excellent introduction
to the field of guitar making—designed to provide you with a strong foundation
for working at an accomplished professional level. This program will take
years off of your learning curve by starting you off at the top, ready to work
with a clear awareness of the state of the art.
For the beginner
Although it's not required, some familiarity with tools and materials are useful, as
this program is not a general introduction to the art and craft of woodworking. There
is a lot of dedication required to complete an instrument. It is a labor of love.
For the more experienced guitar maker
This program will dramatically broaden your frame of reference. It is an opportunity
to review your own approach to the craft in a new creative light; a chance to further
refine the quality and direction of your work. Be inspired with new solutions to
your guitar building challenges.
