KB instruments are guaranteed to be able to maintain excellent playability through proper set up for many years. While understanding the nature of instruments, and the subtle changes that weather and string gauge changes can have on an instrument, it sometimes is necessary for the customer to make periodic adjustments to maintain the proper setup and playability for their style. If necessary, as determined by KB, KB will repair or replace defective parts or materials. Customer must prepay all shipping to and from the KB shop. I will do my best to help keep your instrument performing for many lifetimes. For a fee, I can also perform modifications and wear and tear restorations - but only for instruments I have built.
